Choose Your Home Improvements and Earn Rebates
Energy conservation is often seen as making a sacrifice, like time, money, or
comfort. But it’s really about doing things better and thinking a little
differently. With Xcel Energy and their Home Performance with -ENERGY STAR®
program, making multiple home improvements is convenient, less stressful and
provides you peace of mind.
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program is ideal for homeowners who need to
make multiple improvements to their home, such as adding insulation, a new high
efficiency furnace or even an ENERGY STAR certified thermostat.
Xcel Energy takes the guesswork and hassle out of getting started. You’ll get
the information and tools you need to make your home improvement decisions with
confidence and ease.
To participate in the program you will need to complete three required and two
optional improvements, and you must be a combined residential gas and electric
customer of Xcel Energy. Rebates are issued after an Xcel Energy auditor
verifies the improvements were made and installed correctly. The average rebate
per home is $640.
Your rebate may vary. However, the more improvements made, the more rebate
dollars you’ll receive.
