OFFICIAL RULES. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SPONSORED BY Welcome Home Magazine ("SPONSOR").

These Official Rules ("Official Rules") govern your participation in the Sweepstakes. Please read them carefully.

1. How to Enter: Entries will be accepted starting at 12:00 AM EDT on 12/1/09. Promotion ends 11:59 PM EDT on 3/15/10 .  How to enter 2) Complete the official entry form provided by filling our all information requested. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT, 3/14/10. Limit: one entry per person regardless of means of entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who hold a valid driver's license at time of entry (except where prohibited by law). Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and of any other entity associated with the development, administration, or fulfillment of this promotion, including members of their immediate families and/or households, (collectively, "Sponsor, et al.") are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize Drawings: The name of the Prize Winner ("Winner") will be selected on or about 3/15/10 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All Winners will be notified by mail and/or email within approximately five (5) days of drawing and may be required to execute (without limitation) tax acknowledgement forms, affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, and publicity releases (except where prohibited by law) within ten (10) days of date of mailing of notification by Sponsor or (at Sponsor's sole discretion) Prize will be forfeited and awarded to another Winner from remaining eligible entries by means of a random drawing. Prize will be awarded.

4. Prize Descriptions/Odds of Winning: Prize to be awarded is detailed below:

Prize is not transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor, with one of equal or greater value. Non-cash prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated above. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received.  Only the prize listed above shall be awarded.  Should there be a good faith dispute concerning the winner of the prize listed above, the final winner shall be selected in a random drawing from the parties who, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, have made a good faith claim to the prize.

5. Integrity of Sweepstakes: If in the judgment of Sponsor, the promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, terrorism, acts of God, sabotage or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue, amend, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion and conduct the random drawing to select potential winners from among all eligible entries received as of the date of its termination of the promotion.

6. General: Void where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this promotion will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor and or its agents for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the promotion as described in these Official Rules. This information may also be used by Sponsor for promotional and marketing activity purposes and will not be shared with any third party except as required by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner agrees that their name, photograph, videotape, likeness or statement may be used for advertising and publicity purposes in any media as Sponsor and its agents so determine without any further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law. Any entry blanks or other materials that are incomplete, illegible, altered, counterfeited or tampered with or obtained other than through legitimate and authorized sources are void and Sponsor, et al., shall not be responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, stolen, postage due, incomplete, undelivered/undeliverable or misdirected mail/entries. Mechanical reproductions or facsimiles are prohibited. Judges' decisions are final. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event that: (a) any prize notification, or prize, is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, or (b) a sweepstakes Winner fails to comply with the Official Rules, or (c) a sweepstakes Winner refuses his/her prize, the sweepstakes Winner will be disqualified and Sponsor shall select (at Sponsor's sole discretion), by means of a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries, an alternate sweepstakes Winner. By participating, each participant and Winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliate companies, parent companies, suppliers, promotional and advertising companies, and all directors, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents of each of them, from any and all liability, and waives all causes of action relating to any and all injuries, costs, damages, claims and losses of any kind, including (without limitation) any and all claims for consequential and incidental damages, attorney's fees, and/or lost revenue, income or profits arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, delivery, possession, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, including any and all injuries, costs, damages, claims and losses of any kind, relating to death, personal injury or damage to property. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Prize is awarded by Sponsor without any warranties of any kind and are awarded "as is." The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern the interpretation of these Official Rules. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Colorado exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Colorado. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Colorado and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Colorado.
